What keeps you going in life? We have all heard of motivation in such large lengths and at a certain stage of our lives, I even thought that it was the only thing that mattered in my life. Each time something went wrong, I would listen to Eric Thomas, Tony Robbins or search Youtube for motivational speakers and would wait for a surge of power within.

And the truth was that I would get this surge and feel that every little thing in this world was possible. I would feel that every impossible thing was possible and it was just a difference in words – you know, the famous IMPOSSIBLE = I AM POSSIBLE. Probably it is one of the most cliched uses ever. But then again realized the major truth

Making the decision to change your life for the better, whether it’s towards a post-holiday fitness goal or an attempt at a different career is admirable, but only the first step in a long journey.
