Paid Media & Lead Generation Manager
About the role
Own multi-channel ad campaigns for service and e-commerce clients, from research through reporting. You will set budgets, build offers, write hooks, and optimize funnels that make our clients millions.
Responsibilities

Launch and scale Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn campaigns

Create ad creatives with our design team, write persuasive copy, run A/B tests

Set up conversion tracking, offline imports, and call-tracking integrations

Present monthly insights and next steps to clients on Zoom
Must-haves
-
3 + years managing six-figure monthly ad budgets

Deep knowledge of Performance Max, Advantage + Shopping, retargeting

Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Nice-to-haves
-
Experience with GoHighLevel automations or Zapier

CRO or landing-page design experience
